WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING?
SUNDAY NIGHT YOUTH - YOUTH ALPHA!!
Our 11-14 year olds have just completed the Youth Alpha course. It went very well and we’ve had a positive response from our young people.
SUNDAY NIGHT YOUTH -ESTHER!
Throughout Spring Harvest, we were looking at the book of Esther, so our 14-19 year olds have been looking at the book of Esther in more detail.
YOUTH BAND
Our Youth band took part in Sunday morning worship for the first time on Sunday! They played ‘How great is our God’ by Chris Tomlin and a song called ‘Saviour written by Amanda Quelch. Many people enjoyed the worship they led and we’re anticipating the next time they take part in worship!
YOUTH WORSHIP SESSION
Last night we had our first Youth Worship session. We’re hoping to develop a worship time which helps our young people engage with God. Last night was great, and I’m sure the young people will build on this with their own thoughts and ideas for worship. We look forward to developing these sessions in the future. We’re trying to find a name, so watch this space!
